NOVAFARMS SRL disclaims any responsability for the possibility that, due to a specific configuration or malfunction of customer’s computer, slight colour differences may occur in comparision to the original products shown on the website. SALES TERMS
Customers who whishes to place an order on novafarm.eu website must be registered on the portal. Customer agrees to fully accept , without any reservation, all sales terms, by clicking the order confirm button.
The prices of products including taxes are shown on the corresponding product page. Novafarm reserves the right to change prices of product on novafarm.eu website at any time and to correct any price error that may occur by mistake. Delivery costs are not included in the price shown. An additional fee will be charged . Delivery costs vary depending on ordered products and delivery location. The prices for non-European shipments are TAX FREE. Customs duties and local taxes are resposability of customer.
Although we have made any reasonable effort to display the colours of products on novafarm.eu website, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be exactly reproduced . Novafarm SRL can modify services, prices and products without notice. Products purchased during SALE period or in OFFERS section will not be refunded. They will be replaced with an item of equal value.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Returning your order is your right and we respect it.
We’ll refund within maximum 14 calendar days and the amount we’ll be the same spent by customer, including initial shipping costs as described on Consumer Code, article 56. (https://www.codicedelconsumo.it/parte-iii-artt-33-101/).
To make it easy, here is a simple procedure:
- SEND A RETURN REQUEST EMAIL WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER TO: info@novafarm.eu
- WRITE IN THE REQUEST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING RETURN OPTIONS: Refund ( full refund excluding return shipping costs, as soon as goods is received by Novafarm )
REPLACEMENT ( change of size and pick up of the return. This option is valid only for Italy and EU ) WAIT FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION ( WE WILL REPLY TO YOU WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS ). SHIP YOUR RETURN
Return conditions
Once the return authorization has been received, the customer must send the product back within 5 days by DHL courier service.
The returned products must not have been used in any way.
The items must be returned in the same condition they were received
Any alteration, washing, or damage of any kind will void the return.
The products must be carefully packaged.
The original box cannot be used as the sole external packaging for shipping , under no circumstances. It must be packaged itself in order to protect goods. Any damage due to uncareful packaging will void the return.
The original box is considered as part of the product and it must be returned undamaged, without writings or alterations . It must be in perfect conditions ready to be sold again.
Any customs fees will not be reimbursed and they will be deducted from the refund.
